Top Performing Leveraged/Inverse ETFs Last WeekThese were last week’s top performing leveraged and inverse ETFs. Note that because of leverage, these kinds of funds can move quickly. Always do your homework.1. PTIR – GraniteShares 2x Long PLTR Daily ETF PTIR, which provides 2x leveraged exposure to the daily price movement for shares of Palantir Technologies Inc. stock topped the list with ~83% weekly gains. Palantir Technologies stock jumped last week after reporting an outstanding second-quarter earnings report that crushed Wall Street expectations, fueled by massive AI and sovereign data demand. 2. GDXU – MicroSectors Gold Miners 3X Leveraged ETN GDXU is a leveraged equity fund that provides 3x exposure to an index comprising two of the largest gold miners’ ETFs that invest in the global gold mining industry. GDXU ranked second on the list with ~74% returns last week. Gold prices increased last week driven by a weaker-than-expected U.S. jobs report that reduced expectations of a Federal Reserve interest rate hike. Declining Treasury yields, a softer U.S. dollar, and steady global demand also bolstered the precious metal’s rally. 3. OKLL – Defiance Daily Target 2x Long OKLO ETF OKLL seeks to deliver 2x leveraged exposure to the daily share price movement of Oklo Inc. Class A (NYSE: OKLO) was another prospect on the list with 51% weekly gains. Oklo’s stock increased last week, as its Groves Isotope Test Reactor achieved first criticality, reaching a self-sustaining fission chain reaction. This major operational milestone, combined with the company reporting its first-ever quarterly revenue ($1.2 million), triggered a powerful short-covering rally. 4. JNUG – Direxion Daily Junior Gold Miners Index Bull 2x ETF JNUG, which seeks to return 200% of the daily performance of the MVIS Global Junior Gold Miners Index, was another gold-focused ETF on the list last week, returning ~49%. 5. NUGT – Direxion Daily Gold Miners Index Bull 2x ETF Another gold ETF, NUGT which seeks daily investment results of 200% of the performance of the NYSE Arca Gold Miners Index, also featured on the top levered ETFs’ list. The ETF gained more than 45% in the last week. 6. IONX – Defiance Daily Target 2X Long IONQ ETF The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long IONQ ETF, which seeks daily leveraged investment results of two times the daily percentage change in the share price of IonQ Inc., was present on the levered ETFs’ list last week with ~45% returns. IonQ shares surged last week, driven by blowout second-quarter financial results, an increased full-year 2026 revenue guidance, and DARPA contract extension. 7. IONL – GraniteShares 2x Long IONQ Daily ETF IONL, another IONQ-focused ETF made it to the list with ~45% weekly gains. 8. SPAL – GraniteShares 2x Long SpaceX Daily ETF SPAL provides 2x leveraged exposure to the daily price movement for shares of Space Exploration Technologies Corp, (NASDAQ: SPCX) stock, was another candidate on the list. Space Exploration shares surged last week because an anticipated wave of heavy insider selling following a major share lockup expiration failed to materialize. This relief rally was further fueled by better-than-expected Q2 revenue growth driven by Starlink. 9. SPCU – Defiance Daily Target 2X Long SpaceX ETF SPCU, another Space Exploration- focused ETF was present on the list with ~42% gains in the last week. 10. ARCX – Tradr 2X Long ACHR Daily ETF ARCX, which provides 2x exposure to the daily price movement of Archer Aviation stock, was another candidate on the list of levered ETFs. Archer Aviation’s share price surged last week due to a landmark strategic deal where it agreed to acquire three Boeing subsidiaries, Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu, in an all-stock transaction that gives Boeing a nearly 20% equity stake in Archer.
