NEOS Grows ETF Lineup With New Silver Income Fund

On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, NEOS Investments expanded its collection of ETFs with the launch of the NEOS Silver High Income ETF (SLVI).Key Takeaways: NEOS Investments has launched a new fund, the NEOS Silver High Income ETF (SLVI). SLVI aims to provide high monthly income through an options strategy that generates exposure to silver. Given how silver has received increased attention in the past year, the fund may be worth a closer look. SLVI aims to provide strong income on a monthly basis through investing in assets that have exposure to silver. The fund is actively managed and has a net expense ratio of 78 basis points. To execute on its investment objectives, SLVI focuses on three key strategies. To start, the fund will invest up to 25% of its assets into exchange-traded products (ETPs) that offer exposure to silver. From there, SLVI looks to better track the price of silver through the use of an options strategy. This options strategy centers around buying call options and writing put options on the aforementioned silver ETPs. Additionally, SLVI may also earn supplemental income from its collateral securities, which are usually U.S. Treasury securities, such as bills, bonds, and notes. The fund uses these U.S. Government securities in order to execute on its different options strategies.A Sterling StrategySilver and silver ETFs have already gone on a fascinating journey this year. The precious metal has an interesting use case, both as a store of value and as a widely-used industrial commodity. Given silver’s conductivity and the persistent nature of the AI buildout, these industrial applications are likely going to be a valuable tailwind for the metal in the future.
