* Short Interest data provided by NASDAQ, NYSE, or AMEX and is updated periodically and on a bi-monthly basis (depending on the listing exchange), and is used to calculate Days to Cover and Short Interest % Change.

The performance data shown represents past performance, which is no guarantee of future results. Current performance may be higher or lower than the performance data quoted. Yield and return will vary, therefore you have a gain or loss when you sell your shares. Average annual total returns are historical and include change in share value and reinvestment of dividends and capital gains, if any. Cumulative total returns are reported as of the period indicated. Life of fund figures are reported as of the commencement date to the period indicated. Since ETFs are bought and sold at prices set by the market - which can result in a premium or discount to NAV- the returns calculated using market price (market return) can differ from those calculated using NAV (NAV return).

ETFs may trade at a premium or discount to their NAV and are subject to the market fluctuations of their underlying investments. ETFs are subject to management fees and other expenses.

For iShares ETFs, Fidelity receives compensation from the ETF sponsor and/or its affiliates in connection with an exclusive, long-term marketing program that includes promotion of iShares ETFs and inclusion of iShares funds in certain FBS platforms and investment programs. Additional information about the sources, amounts, and terms of compensation is described in the ETF's prospectus and related documents. Fidelity may add or waive commissions on ETFs without prior notice. BlackRock and iShares are registered trademarks of BlackRock, Inc. and its affiliates.

Effective September 30, 2013 any eligible iShares ETFs purchased commission-free must be held for a minimum of 30 calendar days or a short-term trading fee will apply.

The Morningstar Rating™ is provided for those exchange -traded funds ("ETFs") with at least a three-year history. Ratings are based on the ETF's Morningstar Risk-Adjusted Return measure which accounts for variation in monthly performance, placing more emphasis on downward variations and rewarding consistent performance. An ETF's risk-adjusted return includes a brokerage commission estimate intended to reflect what an average investor would pay when buying or selling an ETF. The estimate is subject to change and the actual brokerage commission an investor pays may be higher or lower than this estimate. Morningstar compares each ETF's risk-adjusted return to the open -end mutual fund rating breakpoints for that category. Consistent with the open-end mutual fund ratings, the top 10% of ETFs in each category receive 5 stars, the next 22.5% receive 4 stars, the next 35% receive 3 stars, the next 22 .5% receive 2 stars and the bottom 10% receive 1 star. The overall rating for an ETF is based on a weighted average of the time-period ratings (e.g., the ETF's 3, 5, and 10 year rating).
