Things to Watch Out For

ETPs that have recently launched can sometimes pose a risk because of their size and liquidity. If an ETP is small or new, it may not have enough demand created to create much volume. If that is the case, you might see wider bid ask spreads. Also, sometimes small funds that show little market appeal can be shut down, so a lack of a track record could make an ETP more susceptible to this.
